Data we process

When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or any other channel, we process the data you choose to share: name, email, phone, company, role and information about your project.

Browsing this site involves no forms. We measure how the site is used in aggregate (pages visited, device type, approximate location, where you came from and clicks to contact us) to improve it; details are in the cookies section. Our hosting provider logs technical data such as IP address and browser type to run and protect the site.

We do not request sensitive personal data.

Purposes

We use your data to answer your messages, prepare proposals and quotes, deliver and follow up on the services you hire, and invoice. These purposes are necessary for the relationship you ask us for.

As a secondary purpose, we may send you information about our services and work. If you'd rather not receive it, write to hola@guerrero.digital at any time; this does not affect the main relationship.

Transfers and processors

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. We only transfer it where the law allows without your consent, such as a request from a competent authority.

We rely on providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions, such as hosting, email and messaging services. Some of them may store information outside Mexico.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or cancel your data, or object to its processing (ARCO rights), and you can revoke your consent or limit its use and disclosure.

Send your request to hola@guerrero.digital with your name, a way to reply to you, a document proving your identity (or your representative's) and a clear description of your request. We will reply within 20 business days and, where applicable, carry out your request within the following 15 business days.

Cookies and measurement

We use a first-party cookie to remember your language and store your sound preference in your browser. To measure how the site is used we rely on Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, and Google Analytics, which uses Google cookies to tell visits apart pseudonymously. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or turn off Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site keeps working without them.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice due to legal changes or changes in our services. Any update will be published on this page.
